Base pay range

Job title: Supply & Sourcing Specialist – Mandarin Speaking
Location: London / Remote
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Employment type: Permanent

Client is a specialist supplier of display and merchandising to global brands, providing a more efficient supply model for POP that emphasizes global consolidation and a highly efficient supply chain from manufacturing in the Far East.

Main Duties

• Source and purchase products from Far East suppliers, such as China and India, within the Global Business division. Report to the Supply Manager.
• Manage sourcing, scheduling, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the team by delivering reports on time and processing administrative paperwork such as invoices and delivery notes.
• Assist in achieving target margins and cost savings for the company.

Skills, Aptitudes & Experience Required

• Purchasing experience with factories in the Far East.
• Degree level education and fluency in English and Chinese.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to production quality and cost control.
• Proficient in supply software and processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes in metal, plastics, and print.
