Survey Programme Coordinator

Are you ready to make a difference in the housing sector? Southern Housing is looking for a Survey Programme Coordinator to join our Strategic Asset Management team!
This role involves supporting our Home Condition Survey Programme and Digital Infrastructure Programme with essential administrative duties. You will be based at our offices in Farringdon or Sittingbourne, with flexibility to work from any of our offices as needed. Our minimum requirement is to work at least 2 days a week in the office, as agreed with your line manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Home Condition Survey Programme
- Be the friendly, empathetic first point of contact for customers with survey queries.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre, Housing Services Managers, and other colleagues to keep everyone informed about the survey programme.
- Proactively contact customers via mail merges, phone calls, and emails to schedule appointments, respond to CRM queries and complaints, and discuss surveys to reduce no-access rates.
Digital Infrastructure Programme
- Become the 'super user' and main administrator of systems like Apex, processing actions according to procedures.
- Lead effective communication with stakeholders, including residents, leaseholders, freeholders, internet service providers, and colleagues from various teams.
- Maintain accurate programme delivery data, including variations, snagging, and health and safety records, and coordinate with providers to obtain monthly reports on progress.

What you’ll need:
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of current codes of practice, building regulations, health and safety legislation, standards, and materials.
- Experience in producing short-, medium-, and long-term plans aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Proficiency in IT tools and software such as Excel and Word to produce reports and correspondence.
- Highly organized and methodical in your approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues face-to-face, by phone, and in writing, using customer-friendly language.
