Overview

Stanton House is currently working with an established non-profit organization that is seeking an experienced and motivated Systems Accountant to join their Finance Team. You will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment where professional development is encouraged. The role also offers a chance to shape and influence the future developments of financial systems as the organisation prepares for the implementation of new processes and technologies. Hybrid role - 1 day on-site, London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Unit 4 ERPx finance system, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Develop and enhance system capabilities, including customization and integration with other systems, to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the report library and support the financial reporting process by providing accurate and timely reports.
  • Oversee the helpdesk ticket system, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements through effective system management.
  • Provide training and support to finance team members and other stakeholders to enhance understanding and utilization of financial systems.

Key Requirements

  • Recently or partially qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial systems administration and development, preferably with Unit 4 ERPx.
  • Experience in change management and working knowledge of helpdesk ticket systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
