Shape the future of engineering with Capgemini.

At Capgemini Engineering, we don’t just imagine the future — we engineer it. From autonomous vehicles to life-saving robotics, we partner with the world’s most innovative companies to solve complex challenges and deliver cutting-edge solutions. If you're ready to make an impact, grow your career, and work on projects that matter — this is your moment.

Your Role: Own the System. Drive the Change.

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering delivery — taking full ownership of systems, aligning design intent with requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the board. You’ll be the glue that holds design, documentation, and testing together.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the charge on individual systems, managing diverse workstreams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Review and align multiple sources of design information to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Validate that requirements match the design intent and manage ECRs and outlier changes.
  • Ensure supplier documentation updates are accurately reflected in requirement sets.
  • Review trial test specs to confirm they fully test against all requirements.
  • Mark up schematics and block diagrams to support design clarity (no MBSE required).

What You Bring

  • Proven experience working with systems of varying complexity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to manage documentation and stakeholder communication effectively.
  • Familiarity with DOORS is a plus — but not a dealbreaker.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for solving real-world engineering problems.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Global Impact – Work on projects that shape industries and improve lives.
  • Learning Without Limits – Free access to Harvard Business Review, Coursera, Udemy, Pluralsight, and more.
  • Engineering Communities – Join a network of experts driving innovation and career growth.
  • Hybrid Working – Flexibility to work where and when it suits you best.
  • Career Development – Our Engineering Career Framework supports your growth every step of the way.
