Responsibilities

  • Partnering with our Talent team to run smooth, efficient, and scalable hiring processes
  • Sourcing and screening candidates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and Data roles
  • Keeping our hiring engine moving: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing complex diaries for senior stakeholders
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Managing our ATS (Lever) and keeping recruitment data accurate, automated, and report-ready
  • Producing key hiring metrics for leadership to track progress toward growth and member success goals
  • Helping put together training material
  • Supporting onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcome, equipped, and ready to contribute
  • Protecting process quality by ensuring legal compliance and handling confidential information with care

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or sourcing
  • Skilled at finding and engaging talent on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident managing diaries for senior stakeholders and liaising at all levels
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems (Lever and Zelt experience a plus)
  • Data-savvy able to pull, interpret, and present recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural team player who thrives in a high-growth, purpose-led business
