Hands-On Recruitment Director | Senior Leader at Tate Recruitment | Driving High-Performing Teams & Strategic Talent Solutions

Are you a recruitment powerhouse with a passion for purpose-driven hiring? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-impact, high-volume recruitment campaigns across the UK.

Remote-first (with occasional travel)

What’s the mission?

You’ll be at the heart of a national hiring strategy—sourcing GPs, nurses, AHPs, and admin professionals who keep vital services running. This is more than just filling roles—it’s about shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading large-scale recruitment campaigns across clinical and non-clinical roles
• Partnering with regional leaders to forecast and fulfil workforce needs
• Designing innovative sourcing strategies and building robust talent pipelines
• Championing inclusive hiring and NHS-aligned compliance
• Leveraging ATS tools and data to drive smarter hiring decisions

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (healthcare or regulated sectors preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NHS/CQC standards
• Data-savvy with a knack for streamlining processes
• Confident communicator and stakeholder partner
• CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
• Experience with AI screening, video interviewing, or pre-hire assessments
• Familiarity with primary care or community health workforce challenges
