About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate, you’ll be at the heart of finding and connecting with top talent across areas such as Audit, Tax, Accounting, and Corporate Finance. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. The role includes some travel within the UK to collaborate with colleagues and attend key business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finding Great Talent: Proactively search for and engage candidates, headhunt for niche roles, and build strong talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Keeping Us Organised: Manage and maintain high‑quality data in our ATS, making sure hiring teams have the best insights to make smart decisions.
  • Bringing Our Job Ads to Life: Draft engaging job specifications that reflect our culture and attract the right people.
  • Managing Applications: Track best advertising channels and oversee the application process to attract the right talent.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct first‑stage candidate screenings, helping to match the right people to the right roles.
  • Staying Ahead of the Market: Keep competitor market maps up to date, tracking trends to inform our hiring strategy.
  • Supporting Key Projects: Get involved in initiatives such as onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Candidate sourcing: Ability to find great candidates, particularly in UK Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services. Experience in the South African market is a bonus.
  • Data‑savvy: Track, manage, and report on hiring data with accuracy and provide meaningful insights.
  • ATS proficiency: Experience with an ATS (Pinpoint preferred; otherwise, we’ll train you).
  • Screening ability: Ask the right questions to identify the best fit.
  • Organised & efficient: Keep processes running smoothly, update templates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment workflows.
