Skills & Experience:

• Ideally 5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in a corporate or freelance setting.
• A strong passion for learning & development and career coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; presentation skills are a plus.
• A self-motivated, driven, lifelong learner who thrives independently.
• Enjoys working with individuals to identify needs and inspire solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
• Develop marketing strategies across digital platforms, with training provided.
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to qualify candidates.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making with candidates.
• Support onboarding and help team members achieve their goals.
