We are excited to welcome a passionate Talent Coordinator to our Central Recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in guiding candidates through their journey from application to interview in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment — while ensuring the candidate experience remains excellent throughout.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong working relationships, and collaborating across multiple sites and teams in the UK and Ireland.

Salary:£30,000 (DOE)
Hours:37.5 hours per week,
Working pattern:Monday–Friday (hybrid working)

What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end hiring process across key operational roles
• Write and post job adverts on internal and external platforms
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Complete telephone screening and initial candidate checks
• Collate and record interview feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding steps with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
• Work closely with the Central Recruitment team to ensure hiring activity runs smoothly

Who You Are

• Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments, ideally within the FMCG Distribution or Logistics sector.
• Proven track record of recruiting for specialist roles such as HGV Technicians, Sorter Engineers, and Warehouse Supervisors.
• Confident in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities — from posting vacancies and screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• A proactive team player who’s always ready to provide ad-hoc support across the wider recruitment team when needed.
• Brings a hands-on understanding of warehouse operations and the challenges of front-line hiring.
• Passionate about collaboration and fostering a culture where continuous improvement, innovation, and employee voice are valued.
