About The Role
Are you passionate about learning and development, highly organised and tech-savvy with LMS systems? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Development Team to help shape meaningful learning experiences across our business.
As a Learning Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our learning systems and programmes run smoothly, supporting our Talent Development Specialists and wider team to deliver high-quality, impactful development opportunities. You’ll help us create a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a super-user of our LMS (Kallidus), managing content, processes, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of training courses, development programmes, and CPD activities.
- Manage incoming training requests and maintain accurate records.
- Support and, where confident, facilitate company induction days and activities.
- Assist with professional learning agreements, subscriptions, and charterships.
- Collaborate with Talent Development Specialists to design and deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and suggest improvements.
- Monitor performance against timeframes and budgets.
- Contribute to wider Talent Development projects based on capacity and interests.
- Champion the 70/20/10 learning model and promote diverse development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget records to support the effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of Learning and Development activities.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong commitment to supporting high-quality learning experiences.
- Experience in L&D or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven excellence in using Microsoft Office and LMS platforms (Kallidus experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
