Summary
We're looking for a Talent + People Manager to join our team. The role reports into our Head of Operations + People. In this hybrid role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts. A large portion of this role involves hiring engineers, so a strong working knowledge of blockchain concepts and modern development tech stacks—and the ability to effectively screen and interview for these specialist roles—is essential. As the first point of contact for a potential new recruit, you'll represent the company's values and principles externally and inspire the best talent to join Reown's mission.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid recruiting experience who's looking to expand their scope into broader people operations and HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to open new roles, develop compelling job descriptions, and design thoughtful hiring processes
- Source, screen, and engage top talent across various roles and levels.
- Manage our applicant tracking system (Workable), ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and a smooth hiring experience
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection
- Continuously improve our talent pipeline strategies, ensuring inclusivity and efficiency at each step
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting insights to stakeholders
- Manage and improve end-to-end recruitment processes including internal and external touchpoints, driving awesome UX for our teams and candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees
- Manage and maintain data in our HR platforms (including Deel), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate performance review cycles, including timelines, communication, and tool support
- Help plan and execute employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and support follow-up actions
- Organize company-wide training initiatives and professional development programs
- Assist with day-to-day people operations needs, documentation, and internal communications
- 2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role, ideally in an engineering-heavy organisation
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools (experience with Deel is a bonus)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
