Location: Remote UK

Contract: Full Time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Key responsibilities

This role requires the right candidate to take ownership and lead on a number of different Reporting & Compliance workstreams and closely liaise with the Williams Lea Head of Tax, the US based Group Tax function and the wider finance team and external advisers. The role holder – a strong tax accountant - will be expected to think and act strategically whilst maintaining a close grip on the detail across 20+ jurisdictions globally. Aside from managing the outsourced corporate tax compliance function and leveraging that support to bring activity in house where possible, the role will require responsive and flexible support on ad hoc matters which will include advisory, M&A and discrete broader projects. Experience of planning, implementing and documenting Tax and Finance processes will be a distinct advantage.
