We embrace the latest and most advanced technologies: Node.js, React, Laravel, Shopify, Python, and WordPress.

We create quality projects for clients in the US, Europe, the UK, and Canada , especially Healthcare, Real Estate, and E-commerce projects.

Currently, our team consists of more than 60+ skilled experts , and we are constantly growing.

Now, we’re looking for a Team Lead SEO ⭐️ to join our team and take ownership of building and scaling the SEO department.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily: managing the team so that it delivers results on client projects — impressions, clicks, leads, sales.
  • Strategy Development: developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve corporate goals.
  • Process Optimization: improving processes and working methods in the team to ensure high project efficiency.
  • Quality Control: ensuring high quality of SEO projects and compliance with the latest trends and search engine algorithms.
  • Analysis and Reporting: conducting in-depth analysis of results and preparing reports for senior management.
  • SEO Team Leadership: training, coordinating, and motivating the team of SEO specialists.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Over 2 years of experience in coordinating and managing SEO specialist teams.
  • Proven track record in implementing SEO strategies that improved search rankings, strengthened resource competitiveness, and delivered real business results (including sales).
  • Portfolio: showcase of projects and implemented strategies, including measurable outcomes for clients (e.g., sales if that was the project goal).
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth SEO data and metrics analysis, develop strategic decisions, implement optimizations, and prepare reports for management.
  • Practical experience with key SEO tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs (must-have), BuzzStream (nice-to-have).
  • Well-developed leadership skills: team management, motivation, mentoring, and supporting specialists’ professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, site structure, schema, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, CMS (WordPress).
  • Analytics: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog; desirable — SEO task automation and AI tools.
  • Content: content strategy planning, working with semantics, building topical authority.
  • Leadership: mentoring, team development, collaboration with dev/content/product teams.
  • Additional: certifications, A/B testing, quick adaptation to algorithm changes.
