We are looking for a Technical Account Manager responsible for ensuring successful pitching, implementation, usage, and operations of our Enterprise Solution Product suite. The role involves technical discussions and collaboration across sales, product, and operations teams.

Who You Are:
Support sales and B2B customers through pre and post-sales activities, including system demos, technical guidance for implementation and onboarding, issue resolution, and product adoption (including MMS and API).
Drive product adoption, usage, and retention.
Act as a customer advocate to identify product improvements and collaborate with PM/PO teams.
Assist sales in closing deals and renewals.
Deploy product solutions, onboard, and train customers.
Solve customer issues and improve workflows by reviewing and simplifying processes.
Manage day-to-day customer service for Getty Images' hosted digital asset management solutions, APIs, and other platform tools.
Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively, demonstrate product knowledge and technical skills, and resolve complex problems.
Your Next Challenge:
Serve as a primary contact for customer integrations across GI products and services.
Advocate for customers to enhance product usage and support business goals.
Become a Getty Images Enterprise Solution Platform expert and stay updated on product evolution.
Support sales teams in expanding key accounts and mid-market customers.
Promote product adoption through training and outreach.
Collaborate with product teams to improve adoption barriers and processes.
Support standardization for scalable enterprise operations.
Identify and manage risks, scope, and customer expectations.
Track system issues, liaise with development teams, and report resolutions.
Monitor product utilization, provide reports, and embed solutions within client workflows.
Assist clients with production services when necessary.
Travel may be required.
What You’ll Need:
~3-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise product consulting and integration.
~ Understanding of enterprise workflows, integration technologies, access control, security, and asset management.
~ Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
~ Strong communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
~ Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
~ Business proficiency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Nice To Have:
Familiarity with DAM solutions, image licensing, metadata, API integrations, and working with product teams.
Experience with technical enterprise solutions and client-facing integrations.
