World-leading, advanced data and analytics AI platform is searching for a Technical Adoption Consultant – EMEA as part of the EMEA Advanced Customer Enablement (ACE) program – to join their growing team in London (hybrid – 2 days in office).
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with customer teams to drive the adoption and successful implementation of the platform, from conception through delivery. You will be responsible for facilitating engagement through webinars, workshops, and training, while also mentoring customers to foster self-sufficiency.
Technical expertise will be essential in guiding customers through system and data architecture, integrating with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks; supporting the integration of external data sources, developing data models and ETL processes; to driving value through dashboards or business applications. Integrating AI tools and LLMs to unlock valuable insights, optimise performance, and automate business processes will also be a part of this role.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Enablement:
- Act as a trusted advisor for named customer accounts, ensuring they fully leverage the company’s AI and Data capabilities
- Collaborate with customer teams to enhance their implementation administration
- Conduct webinars, training sessions, and Art of the Possible workshops to showcase platform potential
- Consult, train and mentor customers on best practices and skills to drive greater self-sufficiency
Drive Platform Adoption:
- Help customers uncover new use cases and drive adoption across their teams.
- Translate key business requirements into effective solutions that drive customer value
- Guide customers on system and data architecture, including best practice integrations with CDW’s such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conception to delivery and sign-off, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical consultants, architects and customers
Technical Problem Solving:
- Assist customers in resolving technical challenges, working with SQL, APIs, and Python and support related to data ingestion, transformation, and visualisation
- Develop and optimise data models, ETL processes, Workflows and dashboards within the platform
- Provide best practices for analytics pipelines, integration strategies, performance optimisation and data governance and AI readiness
- Leverage AI capabilities within the platform and integrate external AI tools and LLMs to enhance data insights, automation, and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- A STEM degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
- 3+ years’ experience in a technical, data-focused, and customer-facing consulting role
- Proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong skills in SQL and Python for data modelling, integrations, and process automation
- Hands-on use of APIs, including constructing calls in Postman
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents and external AI tools, to enhance data insights, automation, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of at least one database technology (relational, columnar, or NoSQL) and familiarity with others (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Vertica, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery
- Proven ability to manage technical project delivery, including scoping, planning, and risk assessment
- Strong organisational skills to oversee multiple concurrent customer projects
- Adaptability to shifting customer requirements and priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring technical, business and senior stakeholders stay informed and satisfied
- Clear and effective communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for continuous learning and growth
- Knowledge of large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Vertical or subject matter expertise across Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc).
- Familiarity with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2)
