We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with Retrofit expertise to join the Development Consultancy team of one of our esteemed clients in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ARB-registered professional to contribute to rewarding projects that make a meaningful impact.

The opportunity: impact & responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role within project teams, applying technical expertise to deliver high-quality retrofit projects. Working alongside experienced leaders, they will contribute to schemes that encompass the full lifecycle of buildings and developments.
What they are looking for
- ARB registration.
- Hands-on experience in retrofit design and construction detailing (must have requirement).
- Strong knowledge of external cladding packages at RIBA Stages 3–4.
- Proficiency in Revit (must have requirement).
- Experience with PHPP is highly desirable.
- A collaborative and detail-focused approach, with a passion for sustainable design.
