The role
The role holder will take ownership of customer solution design, and lead or support deployments and migrations across Microsoft Teams Phone and Contact Centres projects. Day to day, they will be expected to engage directly with customers, from the presales stage through to delivery into operational support teams. The role holder will have the opportunity to engage with associated Microsoft ecosystems including Copilot, Azure & low-code solutions using Power Platform as part of our expansion of services.
Must haves
- Strong experience designing and delivering Microsoft Teams voice solutions
- Strong experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role
- Strong experience of Contact Centre technologies including Anywhere365/AnywhereNOW & Luware
- Deep understanding of Voice technologies – SIP, SBCs, and telephony integration
- Hands-on expertise with AudioCodes products
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem, especially Teams.

- Business Process Automation including integrations to 3rd party systems
- Dynamics365 Contact Center (including wider Dynamics ecosystem)

Key responsibilities
- Review/ technical oversight for customer pre-sales engagements
- Responsible for end-to-end stages of the delivery including survey, design, build and commissioning of MS Teams & Contact Centre services
- Author High and Low-Level Designs to fulfil customer requirements
