Key Responsibilities

  • Become a proficient user of Azure DevOps (ADO) to create and manage the squad\'s backlog of work.
  • Create, define, refine, and elaborate features and user stories, ensuring they are developer-ready.
  • Analyse complex business problems and collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to deliver clear, prioritised requirements.
  • Identify gaps and provide technical expertise for system functional specifications.
  • Support the design and scaling of new and existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • Contribute to the detailed design of automated systems

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience, 12-15 years overall industry experience.
  • Strong experience with cloud-native enterprise-level systems, preferably within CRM & Billing domains.
  • Exposure to AWS core infrastructure and services.
  • Solid knowledge of the Utilities domain.
  • Background in Salesforce; familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in managing, advising, generating, and prioritising a platform-level technical backlog.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary

  • Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
