OverviewThis is an exciting role with a primary focus working as an analyst on a transformational project, the implementation of Infor Cloud Suite Fashion. The role will also provide expert analysis in the development and support of retail business applications including warehousing, merchandising and store applications.ResponsibilitiesSenior responsibility for understanding, documenting, and analysing business requirements. Translating those requirements into technical analysis and functionality for projectsResponsible for the documentation of the new software changes and new business processesSenior testing of IT retail business application changes including the design and execution of repeatable test scriptsWork closely with project stakeholders of all levelsManage new system releases including monitoring of system changes, issue reporting and issue resolutionContribute to IT governance including the management of change requests in the IT retail business applications space and the creation /execution of repeatable project and support processesCreate and maintain user support documentationTraining of users in new functionality and the creation of training materialMaintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendorsSenior analysis in the support of business applications including in critical incidentsWork in an agile environment that has daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming and a sprint closer ceremonyContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededMaintain a close working relationship with 3rd party software vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
