About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Data-warehouse & API integrations
Lead-scoring & routing
As Technical CRM & Sales Operations Manager, you’ll own the “machine room” of our HubSpot instance and the end-to-end sales ops processes that power our pipeline. Reporting to the COO, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to ensure every lead and student record flows through our system accurately, from first touch to payment and beyond.
Your Main Tasks Will Include
HubSpot System Architecture & Maintenance: Configure and maintain properties, forms, pipelines, lead-scoring models and workflows for our sales and service processes
Build playbooks for sales stages, admission interviews, student onboarding and support
Lead Management & Routing: Design and implement MQL/Sales-Qualified logic and automated lead distribution for the sales managers, ensuring SLA-driven follow-up
Segmentation of leads for mass communications
Monitor data quality and enforce validation rules
Data & Reporting Infrastructure: Manage integration of HubSpot with other systems such as our learning app, payment service providers and the data warehouse
Own the CRM-side data schema, collaborate on data-warehouse flows
Deliverability & Automation Optimization: Audit and improve email/send-flow deliverability
Optimize sequences and journeys for different user personas
Create cleanup workflows
Standardization & Documentation: Define and document sales-process playbooks, naming conventions, and tech-checklists
Train stakeholders on new CRM features and processes
Must-Have Qualifications
Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise (properties, workflows, scoring, APIs)
Proven experience building and tuning lead-scoring models for business models with long sales cycles, ideally B2C.
Strong database skills (SQL or equivalent)—able to design logical schemas
Comfortable working with data-warehouse concepts (BigQuery, ETL, Looker)
Nice-to-Have
Coding skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python) for custom solutions
Prior experience in education or long-cycle sales environments
Familiarity with HubSpot Commerce or invoicing modules
Zapier and Webflow knowledge
