We are seeking a candidate to support the Buildings Health division's technical team in expanding healthcare projects across the UK and Europe. The role involves business development, technical delivery leadership, bid activity, and client relationship management, focusing on topics such as site decarbonisation, system adaptation or replacement, MMC/DfMA design solutions, and structural adaptation.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of delivering high-quality technical advisory services independently, and will support our healthcare sector team known for successful project delivery and technical excellence.

You will:
- Manage all aspects of assigned healthcare sector projects.
- Support project delivery teams technically and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines during bidding and delivery.
- Engage with clients on technical matters.
- Support senior managers with commercial and contractual aspects.
As a Director-level engineer, you will handle a range of projects, managing multiple projects and teams, with opportunities for skill and career development. The role involves autonomous work on technical advisory commissions, primarily in MEP engineering, with some structural aspects.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing delivery of technical advisory projects.
- Collaborating with engineering disciplines, mainly in health sector projects.
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilizing industry software such as IES, Revit, ADB Codebook, Drofus.
- Monitoring project schedules and reporting.
- Maximizing project profitability and communicating with clients.
- Providing technical expertise and coaching team members.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified professional with experience in leading building commissions, mentoring engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering complex projects or services.
