Overview

WCS Group are part of Marlowe Environmental Services and are on the lookout for an experienced Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment specialist who can take on the Technical Estimator role on a remote basis, with occasional travel to Gloucester/ regional offices. You will be joining a successful team of 4x Estimators and 8x Sales Desk Executives inclusive of 2x Team Leaders. Must have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry.

Responsibilities

• To produce high volume remedial quotes on the back of engineers’ recommendations following site visits, ensuring compliance and swift quote turnaround.
• To produce high-quality remedial work quotes on the back of legionella risk assessment reports and recommendations.
• Be competent in understanding the needs of compliance services in line with the below:
• HSG274 Part 1: The control of legionella bacteria in evaporative cooling systems – essential.
• HSG274 Part 2: The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold-water systems – essential.
• HSG274 Part 3: The control of legionella bacteria in other risk systems – advantageous.
• HTM04: Safe water in healthcare premises – advantageous.
• Proactively review your quoting pipeline and liaise with Account Managers to build rapport and increase revenue.
• Internal price list and training will be provided.

Key Performance Indicators / Measure of Success

• Quarterly commission at 0.5% of invoiced and completed jobs.
• Achievement of internal SMART sales targets.
• Internal satisfaction.

The ideal Estimator candidate will

• Have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry - Essential
• Plumbing knowledge is essential.
• Be competent in understanding the needs of compliance services provided to our customers.
• Possess strong attention to detail and great numeracy skills.
• Be a good communicator and a team-player.
• Be confident with using Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with Remedials/ Account Management/ Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment/ Engineering Field
• Previous experience using WCS systems/ processes would be advantageous.
