About the role
As a Technical Programme Manager, you will deliver complex, cross-functional technology programmes that support colleagues and help serve our customers better. They work collaboratively, influence Product, Engineering and business colleagues, and lead the programme to deliver value quickly and often.

You will be responsible for
- Delivering complex programmes with multiple risks impacting Tesco's priorities
- Creating and tracking plans to deliver programme goals, including technical implementation and stakeholder updates
- Understanding trade-offs in software delivery and influencing teams for optimal solutions
- Foreseeing risks and issues, facilitating discussions, and managing escalations
- Understanding technical architecture to assess impact on dependencies and timelines
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering to define budgets
- Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery and improvements
- Contributing actively to the TPM community
