Are you ready for an engaging opportunity that will allow you to make a difference? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Financial Support IT department.

Here we play a crucial role in supporting customers who are facing financial difficulties and require our bank's assistance. At Financial Support, we are undergoing a transformative phase, where we are replacing older classic technologies with new, cutting-edge digital solutions. This transformation is aimed at better serving our customers' needs and enhancing their overall experience. As an IT Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation, ensuring that multiple products and services are maintained and leveraged to serve both our customers and the bank's needs.

This is a permanent role. Our preferred location for this role is Milton Keynes, but we’ll also consider locating the role in Glasgow, Bradford & Sheffield.

We want our people to thrive at work and home and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.
