Position

Technical Sales Specialist (Wholesale Sales Representative) – Remote – Independent Contractor – 6 weeks – 20–40 hours/week – $75–$90/hour.

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world wholesale sales work for technical and scientific products.
• Create realistic situations involving technical product demonstrations, client consultations, complex pricing negotiations, and solution-based selling.
• Develop scenarios for explaining technical specifications, addressing technical objections, collaborating with engineering teams, and providing post-sale technical support.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to technical sales queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on business-to-business technical sales scenarios to improve AI training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Must-Have
• 4+ years professional experience as a wholesale sales representative selling technical and scientific products in wholesale trade or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

• Preferred
• 14 years experience preferred.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
