About the roleWe are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a privately owned, well‑run, ambitious, and growing principle contractor based near Maidenhead, Berkshire.The company delivers construction projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire. Clients span the light industrial, commercial office, Formula 1 and NHS sectors with project values ranging from £250 k up to £12 m.ResponsibilitiesBased on site and the company office near Maidenhead, you will take ownership of a range of M&E packages within interior fit‑out and new‑build construction projects.You will be technically strong and must demonstrate experience of taking ownership of MEP packages from the tender phase on high‑end commercial office fit‑out and/or new‑build commercial office projects in the UK.QualificationsYou have worked for a Tier One contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor.BenefitsBasic salary between £70 k and £85 k, plus car/car allowance, medical, pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit‑related bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
