Senior Technical Lifecycle Manager - £500/day (Umbrella) - Contract OpportunityAre you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for asset management and lifecycle planning? We are seeking a Senior Technical Lifecycle Manager to lead strategic lifecycle and asset management activities across a complex portfolio.This is a contract role offering £500 per day (umbrella), ideal for a seasoned expert looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and commercially driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead lifecycle fund planning and asset management across multiple sites.Audit and justify lifecycle spend in line with contractual compliance and risk management.Review Draw Down Requests and ensure correct contractual processes are followed.Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making and benchmarking.Develop lifecycle policies, procedures, and estimation guidance for operational teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CaFM systems for lifecycle management.Produce strategic reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and risk mitigation.Monitor and manage lifecycle budgets, including annual and five-year plans.Promote a performance-driven culture through stakeholder engagement and process improvement.Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline.Chartered or professionally affiliated (or able to achieve this within 12 months).10+ years of relevant experience in lifecycle and asset management.Strong understanding of PFI environments (e.g. healthcare, education, government).Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems within critical infrastructure.Commercial and financial acumen, with proven budgetary control experience.Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact lifecycle strategies while working with a diverse range of stakeholders in a commercially focused setting.📍 Location: Flexible in the North East of England, with travel to operational sites in the North East as required📅 Start Date: ASAP💼 Contract Type: Umbrella, £500/dayCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
