Role: Technical Solution Architect
Job Type: Outside IR35 Contract
Duration: 6 Months - Extendable
Location: London / Manchester
Work Mode: Hybrid - Weekly 1 day in Office and 4 days remote

Responsibilities

• Leadership of customer solution integration is essential.
• Experience in the utility sector is preferable.
• Required for SoW and to measure fulfilment of role.
• Describe the measurable activities and the stages which they are required to be provided.
• Responsible for the technical design and implementation SD-WAN services to the DCC.
• Manage/support/technical authority for customer circuit order forms to enable clean ordering process for VF.
• Engage and participate in the full lifecycle of orders, supporting project manager.
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of circuits and SD-WAN services.
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments.
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary.

Skill Set and Experience

• Customer engagement and interaction skills.
• Ability to generate quality documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS).
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing.
• Good to general understanding of SD-WAN technologies ideally Fortinet.
• Knowledge of Equinix services e.g. Equinix Fabric.
