Technical Solution Architect for VF's Smart DCC DSP SD-WAN project

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical design and implementation of SD-WAN services to the DCC
• Manage/support/technical authority for customer circuit order forms to enable a clean ordering process for VF
• Engage and participate in the full lifecycle of orders, supporting the project manager
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of circuits and SD-WAN services
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where and when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate design documentation

Requirements

• Skill set and experience:
  • Customer engagement and interaction skills
  • Ability to generate quality documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP‑VPN, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS)
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
  • Good general understanding of SD‑WAN technologies Fortinet
  • Knowledge of Equinix services such as Equinix Fabric
• BPSS
