We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join a global technology services organisation supporting the automotive sector. Sitting within the CTO organisation, you’ll act as the technical bridge between business units and solution delivery teams — helping shape, cost and validate technology solutions in response to client RFPs and internal initiatives.

This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys combining technical breadth, solution design, and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with solution leads and business units to assess incoming RFPs/RFIs and determine the best-fit solution (build, buy, or hybrid).
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams across Infrastructure Operations, Product Engineering, Security & Compliance, PMO, and Enterprise Applications to design scalable solutions.
  • Pull together solution architectures, delivery models, and cost estimates for proposals.
  • Provide technical oversight during early delivery stages, ensuring alignment with customer and internal expectations.
  • Contribute to shaping the “CTO Business Partner” model – blending solution consulting and pre‑sales capabilities.

Ideal Profile

  • Large‑scale systems integration or managed services environments.
  • Designing or supporting BPO, helpdesk, or technical support services.
  • Working with diverse technology stacks (.NET, Java, AI/ML, SaaS, Python).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
  • Strong communication skills – able to collaborate across international teams and translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
