Technical/solutions Architect - Consultancy

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
# Accountable for the overall technical strategy of the project and collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that the best solution can be presented to the client.
# Accountable for setting up a good Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.
# Accountable for working with the project management team in setting development timelines.
# Accountable for providing regular reports to the project management team.
# Accountable for setting the right structures to ensure quality in the deliverables of the development and technical teams.
# Responsible for the overall quality of all delivery work carried out within the client base.
# Responsible for ensuring that all internal published controls and processes are followed.
# Responsible for writing technical strategy documents.
# Responsible for keeping client key stakeholders informed on project or delivery progress, and representing Hitachi Solutions in key client sessions.
# Responsible for mentoring, guiding & motivating team members so they can achieve their full potential.
# Responsible for establishing an effective direct relationship with senior stakeholders.
# A strong background in the Microsoft D365 F&O stack is essential.
# A strong background in Point of Sale and system integrations is essential.
# A strong, demonstrable working knowledge of best practices in the manufacturing and retail industries is desirable.
# A well-founded, demonstrable specialism within the supply chain and production modules is desirable.
# A logical approach to problem-solving and a structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
# A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.
# Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
# Excellent documentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
