Orbio AI is a conversational AI programme that integrates with inhouse HR teams to bring efficiency, cost saving and improved retention. SilVR is a new VR Adventures programme that improves the lives of the individuals in the sector. Both are unique and we anticipate a high demand.

This would suit someone already selling into the sector and looking for additional income. Or someone with a passion to improve the sector wanting to start a new business.

We are seeking a forward-thinkingTechnology and AI Business Development Consultantwith a strong understanding of thehealth and social care sectorto lead and support strategic growth initiatives. You will work at the intersection ofemerging technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and helping organisations to identify, develop, and implement game changing technology-driven solutions that enhance outcomes, improve efficiency, and deliver value across health and social care systems.

• Identify new business opportunities where AI and digital technologies can address critical challenges in health and social care.
• Build and maintain relationships with NHS trusts, local authorities, care providers
• Advise clients on the use of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance service delivery, patient care, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate strategic partnerships between technology vendors and care providers.
• Foster cross-sector collaboration to accelerate innovation adoption.
• Support implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation of AI-driven and tech-enabled services.
• Contribute to user-centred design processes and pilot programme development.

• Proven experience in business development, consultancy, or innovation withinhealth and/or social caresectors would be a benefit but passion would also be great.
• Strong understanding of the potential use of AI and Technology to improve Social Care
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of UK health and social care sector
• Experience with project implementation, change management, or digital transformation initiatives.
