Technology Lead Business Analyst
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£56,997 - £59,997 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a passion for seeking out improvements to join the Technology Business Analysis Practice in Worcester. You will work with business colleagues on project and product delivery teams, delivering key business analysis activities within complex change initiatives and providing leadership and mentoring to colleagues within the BA team. Your skills will be engaged in requirements elicitation, user experience design, and change adoption.
This role is based in Worcester with a flexible working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead within the Business Analysis function, promoting collaboration and communication, enabling decision-making, and ensuring alignment with Group strategic goals.
- Manage, coach, and support Business Analyst teams, planning ways of working and supporting delivery.
- Create design artefacts and prototypes to ensure solutions meet user needs, working with stakeholders to implement service and product improvements aligned with Group values.
- Oversee contractor work, ensuring service levels and business efficiencies are achieved.
- Manage recruitment, performance, training, and development of team members to meet service needs.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification.
- Business analysis qualification (e.g., Practitioner level BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma) desirable.
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Proven management skills, including deadline and workload prioritization.
- Full valid driving license, as occasional travel may be required.

Salary: £53,134 plus a policy allowance of £3,862 per annum, increasing after 12 months, subject to performance.
