Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator

Are you a confident administrator with some experience within HR and Payroll processes?

If so, then look no further than this fantastic Temporary Opportunity. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented administrator to support their friendly HR & Payroll team on an ongoing basis.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the payroll team with processing monthly changes, pensions, and benefits.
  2. Monitor the payroll mailbox and organize emails accordingly.
  3. Update holiday purchase spreadsheets and input new holiday purchases.
  4. Verify and process input for new starters and leavers, including pay and holiday adjustments.
  5. Make amendments to payroll data, such as address and bank details.
  6. Support leaver processes, including updating contact info and issuing payslips & P45s.
  7. Assist with ad hoc requests and reporting for the team.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Experienced administrator with some payroll or HR background preferred.
  2. Quick learner capable of handling new tasks efficiently.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in Excel, including VLookups.
  5. Motivated team player.
