Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Reporting to: Head of Customer Onboarding
Location: Hybrid - Kent / South East (Hub Office up to 4 days per week – South East)
Salary: From £30,000 + £15,000 OTE and Uncapped Bonus

- Ignite Strategic Growth: Craft and execute bold plans that attract and retain SMB clients, smash targets and drive momentum as the catalyst for transformative growth.
- Fuel our growth engine: Use cold calling, smart networking, and referrals to outperform goals and make waves with your impact.
- Become a Master Relationship Builder: Act as the face of Newcross for SMB clients, build lasting connections, and deliver a personalized, high-value experience that wins repeat business.
- Leverage Market Intelligence Like a Pro: Use CRM data, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor outreach and stay ahead of opportunities.
- Own the Deal as a Negotiation Expert: Navigate objections, influence decision-makers, and close deals with precision through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with onboarding and service delivery teams; provide feedback to shape strategies and elevate performance.
