You'll be joining a creative team which work in an agile, scrum environment. You and your team will solve the technical challenges that shape the way we operate on our platforms and applications, and ultimately enableJet2.comandJet2holidaysto stay ahead in the market.

• Oversee test analysis, design, and execution across projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related communications.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of testers (manual and automation).

• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding oftest analysis, planning, and execution.
• Experience in defect management, root cause analysis, triage and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability tolead and develop teams.
• Hands-on experience with BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) scripting and conducting peer reviews of BDD scenarios.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including how to design effective test cases and validate API responses.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, with the ability to write and optimise SQL queries for testing and validation purposes.
• Experience with a programming language-preferably C#-is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium is a plus.
