These roles form part of the Long Term Savings value stream.

We are seeking a Test Lead to join our dynamic team at Royal London. The Test Lead at Royal London supervises and manages system and acceptance testing within specialised teams or Agile squads. They ensure the integrity of testing activities, provide expert guidance, and define the test strategy.This role involves training, mentoring, and upskilling on all test processes, managing client relationships, and contributing to corporate testing standards. The position supports Royal London’s mission to enhance the mutual choice for customers.
