Position Summary
This role will be reporting into and will support the Senior/Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to build a career in marketing. The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in implementing key marketing activities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
What this role does
Marketing Strategy & Execution- Implement local brand marketing strategies aligned to global guidelines.
- Plan and execute consumer launches and integrated omnichannel campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels.
- Build seasonal and regional plans for high-traffic retail moments.
Content & Campaign Management
- Adapt global content into localised toolkits and assets, ensuring consistency of brand message and visual identity.
- Coordinate brand sampling programmes, managing inventory and cross-team logistics for timely delivery.
- Manage channel calendars and event communications across email, social and online platforms.
- Partner with Owned, Earned & Paid media teams to deliver creative, comms and media plans.
Retail & Digital Marketing
- Work with sales, retail, e-commerce and digital teams to drive in-store and online engagement.
- Coordinate with retailers and centres of excellence to maximise visibility and secure opportunities.
- Create bi-annual retailer strategy presentations and integrate global content into local plans.
- Optimise online marketing efforts in collaboration with e-commerce and digital teams.
Insights, Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to generate actionable insights.
- Track, analyse and report campaign and retail performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future planning.
Pricing & Commercial Support
- Assist with pricing activities, including competitor analysis and implementation of new product pricing in partnership with the Commercial & Trade Marketing team.
Events & Experiential
- Support consumer events, pop-ups, partnerships and experiential activations; lead post-event analysis to capture insights and best practices.
Operations & Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project management support to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans, partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
What you will need to be successful in this role
- Experience in marketing role or related field, preferably in luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
