Role overview
You will lead and manage supplier security assurance and assessments and audits as well as support inbound assurance performed by partners, regulators, and key customers. Your role is key to assessing the supply chain cyber security risk and maintaining the vendor risk management program including for PCI compliance.
What you will do
Define and oversee the supplier security governance and assurance framework.
Lead and provide coaching and development for team members.
Drive the activities required for security control assurance and testing activity for third party suppliers.
Own and maintain the Planet supplier contract security schedules - approving changes in partner and supplier security contractual agreements.
Assess and monitor supply chain risk through clear accountability, awareness and enhanced KRI/KPI reporting.
Who you are
Successful in leading and developing high performing teams and individuals.
Significant experience in successfully building and delivering supplier and third party security assurance activity in a fast-paced commercially focused environment.
Demonstrable exposure to negotiating security contractual changes with suppliers and partners.
Effective at articulating technical security risk in straightforward terms.
Extensive understanding of regulatory and PCI standards in Financial Services / Payments organisations.
Exposure to multiple technology environments including services hosted on cloud platforms.
