The Role

As a Town Planner, youll be working on a diverse range of projects across sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed:use developments. Youll provide expert planning advice to clients, prepare and submit planning applications, and contribute to public consultations and appeals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility and fast:track their career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support planning applications and appraisals

Manage relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders

Represent clients in public consultations and planning appeals

Contribute to Local Plan representations and enforcement cases

Mentor junior team members and support their development

About You

RTPI:accredited degree (or working towards chartered membership)

Experience working in planning (public or private sector)

Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
