Role Overview
In this high-visibility position, you will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to ensure the success of key brands. You will collaborate with brand, sales, and medical teams to implement marketing campaigns and product launches at retail level, bringing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade & shopper marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, recommending improvements.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, trade partners, and industry associations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in trade & shopper marketing, preferably within pharma or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of the UK OTC healthcare market and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research, with the ability to derive insights.
- Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of PAGB regulations for promotional activities.
- Experience working with retailer activation teams such as Boots and Superdrug.
