Trading Operations Analyst (NY hours) - Prop Trading Firm - Six-figure comp - WFH Flexibility!

My client, a market-leading proprietary trading firm, is currently expanding its London team with an additional hire within the trading operations function.

Following exceptional performance over the past five years, the firm has been aggressively growing its London presence. This role sits within the trade operations team and focuses on supporting the US trading desk, requiring the candidate to work New York hours.

The position will involve a mix of BAU operations tasks and participation in a diverse range of projects, extending beyond automation initiatives to include infrastructure buildout and new system/process implementations. In doing so, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong Python skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a hedge fund, proprietary trading, or investment banking trade support role.

The role will pay an exceptional performer a six-figure total compensation package in the first year, with significant year-on-year growth.

The role offers flexibility to WFH two days per week.
