What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will work closely with a Senior Consultant as their second-in-command, supporting them while learning and developing your own career, with the potential to earn life-changing money. Your typical day could include:

• Finding leads (new business and opportunities) in the cybersecurity sector.
• Supporting client calls and meetings to understand candidate requirements.
• Head hunting candidates: sourcing, engaging, and guiding them through their job search.
• Writing compelling job ads and engaging in marketing and digital outreach.
• Growing your network of cybersecurity experts on LinkedIn and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.

You will receive extensive training and support, with a clear pathway to becoming a full Consultant through our fast-track program. From day one, you'll contribute to placements and earn uncapped commissions.
