What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Working closely with a Senior Consultant as their 2nd in command, supporting them while developing your own career and earning potential.
• Finding leads (new businesses and opportunities) in the cybersecurity sector.
• Supporting client calls and meetings to understand candidate requirements.
• Head hunting candidates—sourcing, engaging, and guiding them through their job search.
• Writing engaging job ads and managing marketing & digital outreach.
• Growing your network of cybersecurity experts on LinkedIn and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.

You will receive comprehensive training and support, with a clear pathway to becoming a full Consultant through our fast-track program. You will contribute to placements from day one and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!

Candidate Profile:

You don’t need recruitment experience, but if you have some sales background, that’s a plus. More importantly, you should be:
