Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission + bonuses

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be involved in the full recruitment process, including:

• Building and managing client relationships

• Negotiating fees and service agreements

• Arranging meetings and interviews

• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates

This is a sales-focused, phone-based role that suits confident, driven individuals who enjoy targets and building relationships. Recruitment is fast paced, and hours typically run from 8:00/8:30am to 6:30/7:00pm to meet client demands.
