Overview

Training Lead Business Analyst to work on an implementation of a new system. Location: City of London. Hybrid 3 days a week in the office. Contract until end of July 2026. Rate £650/day (Inside IR35).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive training to circa 100 staff through webinars, process guides or classroom style training.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analyst skills
• Experience within Markets (preferable) / Financial Services / Insurance
• Experience coordinating and driving training content and delivery
• Previously worked on platform system implementation / change
• High level stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location & Engagement

Location: City of London
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office / 2 days working from home

Contract & Rate

Contract: Until July 2026
Rate: £650/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
