Responsibilities: Develop and lead the internal control framework, remedy control gaps and enhance effectiveness. Act as SME for transfer types and processes across the business, providing consultation and analytical support. Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for transfer activities. Oversee transfer activities for all products available through the business retail platform, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Internal and external relationship management. Qualifications: 5+ years experience relating to transfer operational process within the retail investment platform space. Strong educational background: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. In-depth working knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
