The Role

As a Senior Manager in Employment Taxes, you’ll:

  • Lead complex advisory and compliance projects across UK Employment Taxes and Global Mobility.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients on matters including NMW, CIS, and cross-border tax issues.
  • Oversee due diligence for corporate transactions and provide technical oversight on employment tax compliance.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the service line.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development initiatives.

To succeed, you will need

  • 10+ years in UK Employment Taxes and/or Global Mobility (practice or industry).
  • Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax compliance and advisory.
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
  • CTA qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
