Own, plan and execute end‑to‑end integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, offline and experiential channels. Develop and manage the marketing relationship with partners (artists, managers, festivals and promoters), co‑creating joint marketing plans that elevate awareness of Tixel and drive ticket conversions. Support the B2B team with on‑the‑ground execution. Manage campaign budgets, forecast spend and measure return on investment against KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, PR and Marketing to drive campaign success. Embrace change and demonstrate resilience, adapting strategies quickly in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience in partner and integrated marketing. Proven ability to run omni‑channel campaigns and manage end‑to‑end delivery. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent project‑management skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and organisational skills. Creative thinking combined with a strategic approach to problem solving. Self‑motivated, assertive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience working in entertainment, sports, fashion or technology is preferred, but not required.
