Overview

Collabora Productivity is looking for a UX Designer with practical frontend development capabilities to help solve challenging UX and design problems within our products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and design skills, and be able to develop and maintain top-notch solutions. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional and user-friendly products/services.

Responsibilities

  • SVG icon design - from metaphor to consistent icon
  • UX / wire-frame interaction design
  • UX feedback analysis
  • Customer interaction, anecdote exploration and condensation

Essential Skills

  • 3 years experience in a relevant role (including open source volunteering)
  • Git revision control
  • CSS experience
  • Linux command-line & desktop experience
  • User testing experience
  • Degree in Design or Interaction Design

Desirable Skills

  • Some JavaScript knowledge
  • Office Productivity experience
  • Project management experience with small teams
  • Account management experience
